General Information
The Psionic Healing Amplifiers uses the psionic energy of a normal healthy psion to repair psionic damage of another psion. The devices act as focuser's and amplifiers to direct the healing psionic energy where it belongs.
Details
To work properly, the Healer must be a trained psion, and its most effective if the healers psionic skills are greater than the injuired.
