Technology is always a huge factor. With the basis and limites of current technology, there will comparitive limites and basis for technology in the 28th century. Because of past abuse of technology, no new technology may be introduced without first going through Project Dry Dock, and then myself.

Weapons need to be moved into the Combat and Warfare Page.

Technology Levels are used to grade the technology and factions/species to compare them to each other.
